In app we can create multiple surveys with multiple questions. This survey will be shown at shopify store cart page by click discount button. You can also customize the survey by widget setting option in from app. Once you enabled the survey, customer can view survey on cart page by click on discount button. And when customer submit the survey, after submit survey he will be redirect to the checkout age and will get discount according to given percentage. In admin side, we can create, edit.
